Returns & Refunds Policy
Returns
​
You have 14 days to return purchased items to us starting from the day it left us.
​
In the first instance please contact us through our contact page, detailing your sales order number and the concerns you have with your purchase, for example wrong size etc.
​
A copy of the original sales receipt must be included with the items you are returning.
​
The items you are returning must be correctly packaged to avoid any damage whilst in transit back to us.
Refunds
​
All our items are inspected prior to packaging and posting out to our customers. This ensures that no items leave us damaged or in poor condition.
​
As this is the case, we are required to inspect all items before a refund is agreed.
​
We will notify you by email as soon as your items have arrived and confirm the status of your refund (agreed or not agreed).
​
If a return of your item(s) is agreed you will be given the following options.
A replacement item in the correct size.

A credit note which can be used against any full price item(s) of the same price or higher.
​
A full refund of original purchase price only.
Shipping Information.

Original purchase shipping is free of charge, Standard Delivery.
​
Return Labels can be provided by us upon agreement of an item return with us (PLEASE SEE OUR RETURNS POLICY).

All items will be shipped within 24 hrs.
​
Additional shipping costs may be incurred outside of the United Kingdom.
​
If you are purchasing outside of the UK please ask for delivery costs before you purchase.
